PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We have you, the contractor, in mind from project start to finish. Deal with one person for the entire duration of your project. Every project is assigned to a PM here at Northeast Ohio Precast. Our PM will know pricing, production, delivery, change-orders, etc. One person, one call, no confusion for your project needs.
PROJECT PRICING
When bidding a project, a major factor in whether you get the job or not depends on your material costs. We never quote a project with general pricing, we take into account several factors when determining a specific project's pricing. Be rest assured that you are receiving the best price from us on your project.
IN-STOCK ITEMS
We understand not every project goes as planned. Elevations change, structures change, pipe sizes change...we get it. That's why we keep a large inventory of common items so you can keep working. From manhole grade rings and barrel sections to catch basin risers, we have what you need in-stock.
